Weddings will be booked 6 weeks prior to your wedding date. Wedding toppers can take up to two weeks to make. You will receive a confirmation email with your start date and details submission deadline.

Firstly, please check with me if I have space availability for the date you need your models for.

Once i have confirmed that there is space available and you would like to go ahead and book. Wedding toppers I will take a deposit to secure your date.

If your wedding is within a year, I will require full payment at the time of the booking in order to secure your date.

If your wedding is for more than a year you have the choice to either split the payment 50/50 or pay in full 10% discount off your total amount.

Once the payment is received I will book you up a follow up with a confirmation e mail and all the details that I will need from you to create them for you.

Yes! Please let me know in advance if you’d like to see photos before I ship your cake topper.

Bookings are on a first-come, first-served basis. Your slot is only secured once payment is made. Simply enquiring does not guarantee availability.

I take extra care in packaging, but if your topper arrives damaged, please contact me immediately with photos for a replacement.

Yes! If you need a topper urgently, please contact me to check availability. Rush orders may include an additional fee.

Custom orders cannot be canceled or modified once production begins. Please review your order carefully before confirming.
