What is the process to book?Firstly, please check with me if I have space availability for the date you need your models for. Once i have confirmed that there is space available and you would like to go ahead and book. Wedding toppers I will take a deposit to secure your date.

Bespoke wedding toppers?If your wedding is within a year, I will require full payment at the time of the booking in order to secure your date. If your wedding is for more than a year you have the choice to either split the payment 50/50 or pay in full 10% discount off your total amount. Once the payment is received I will book you up a follow up with a confirmation e mail and all the details that I will need from you to create them for you.

When will you make my cake topper?Weddings will be booked 6 weeks prior to your wedding date. Wedding toppers can take up to two weeks to make. You will receive a confirmation email with your start date and details submission deadline.

Will you send photos for me to see before you send it?Yes! Please let me know in advance if you’d like to see photos before I ship your cake topper.

I enquired about a topper, but now you can’t fit me in?Bookings are on a first-come, first-served basis. Your slot is only secured once payment is made. Simply enquiring does not guarantee availability.

Can I request a custom design?Absolutely! I specialize in custom and personalized cake toppers. Share your ideas, and I’ll bring them to life!

What materials do you use?I use high-quality acrylic, wood, and edible sugar materials, ensuring durability and a flawless finish.

Do you ship internationally?Yes! I offer worldwide shipping. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

How should I store my cake topper?Acrylic and wooden toppers should be kept dry and away from direct sunlight. Edible toppers should be stored in a cool, dry place until use.

What if my topper arrives damaged?I take extra care in packaging, but if your topper arrives damaged, please contact me immediately with photos for a replacement.

Do you offer rush orders?Yes! If you need a topper urgently, please contact me to check availability. Rush orders may include an additional fee.

Can I cancel or modify my order?Custom orders cannot be canceled or modified once production begins. Please review your order carefully before confirming.
